Our crew here has learned to move like dancers in this compact space. There's no wasted motion, no bumping into each other. Just pure efficiency that comes from working together day after day. They make it look easy, but that’s years of teamwork and practice in this original Wen Cheng kitchen.
The little terrace out front? That’s where Berliners sit down and dive into a bowl of our biang biang noodles.It’s the perfect spot for watching Prenzlauer Berg go by while enjoying one of the boldest noodle dishes in town.
