Spreading the best news for the Biang Biang noodle lovers in Köln: we’ve arrived! And of course brought the whole show with us…Wen Cheng reached its new destination, Flandrische Straße 2 with long noodles, rich flavors, and spice that started in Berlin and hasn't cooled down since.

We started in Berlin with a clear idea: real Chinese Biang Biang noodles, made fresh by hand everyday, sizzled with spice and prepared with care. That hasn’t changed. What changes is the city. Wen Cheng keeps expanding beyond Berlin and we brought our signature Biang Biang noodles into the heart of the Belgisches Viertel, one of the city’s most lively and characterful neighborhoods. You can find us on Flandrischer Str. 2, steps away from Rudolfplatz tram station, four minutes on foot from Friesenplatz, and just ten minutes from Köln West, making us easy to reach from anywhere in the town.
Step in, open the door, and the scent of chili oil and spicy atmosphere in the air hits you right away. Then your eyes find the center of everything: our open kitchen. Where every single noodle is pulled by hand, cooked to the perfect chew, and finished with bold toppings that make every bowl its own. Everything happening right in front of you.
Simple menu, complex flavors
Choose between Wen Cheng and Biang Biang, every bowl can be adjusted to your preferred spice level from easy-going to properly spicy. And of course you can find our side dishes in the menu, to make a good pair with our main characters, even bring more spice to the function and are here to keep the show going on. Whether it’s your first bowl or your fiftieth, it always hits the same: goosebumps stay, hunger is gone.
